About QEST
QEST was started in 2000 by Lesha Self in order to provide “edutainings” (educational + entertaining trainings) to Human Service Professionals & Organizations throughout Ohio. Lesha combines her unique career background of military, law enforcement, children’s services and MR/DD services to develop and present quality trainings that address real life issues. She presents her trainings in a very unique manner which capitalizes on experiential learning and holistic living.
Lesha’s educational credentials include a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and a M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. She has received numerous federal, state and local awards throughout her career that have recognized her devotion to service, quality and innovation.
Lesha lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, Phil, and their 6 “furry children”.
