Registration Policy for Weekend Classes
For weekend classes, a minimum of 15 people must be registered for each class by the noted deadline date or the class will NOT be held. QEST also reserves the right to cancel a class after the deadline date if those who have registered cancel their attendance, thus causing the class roster to drop below 15 people. So, bottom line, do NOT register unless you are 100% sure that you will be attending the class. If you cancel prior to class or do not show at class, your name will be "flagged" by QEST. If you register for future classes with us, you will have to pre-pay the entire class fee (with no refunds for any reason).
Only 4 weekend classes are scheduled for 2010 due to low registration numbers in 2009. The class topics being offered are based upon classes with the “greatest demand”. NO further classes will be added to this schedule!!! Please register early for weekend classes to ensure that we have enough (15) people to hold each class.
All course topics are offered via correspondence courses which you can begin at any time.
Quality Enhancement Services & Training (QEST) specializes in training and consulting for Human Services organizations throughout Ohio.
